1. Who we are

This policy describes how Branda Stock Ltd (ברנדה סטוק בע"מ), an Israeli company registered under company number 516304516, handles information in connection with our mobile app Seatmate and this website.

2. Seatmate runs on your device

Seatmate is a two-player app that runs entirely on the phone it is installed on. There is no account to create, no sign-in, no profile and no server that holds your game data. The games do not require an internet connection to play.

The player names you type at the start of a game are used only to label the two sides of that game on screen. They stay on the device and are not transmitted to us or to anyone else.

3. Information we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, device identifiers for advertising, or any other personal data through the Seatmate app. We do not build user profiles, and we do not track you across apps or websites.

Seatmate contains no third-party advertising and no third-party analytics software development kits.

4. Information stored on your device

So that a game can be resumed and scores can be shown, Seatmate saves a small amount of information in the app's own storage on your device: the current game state, the running score, the two player names for the session, and your sound and difficulty settings. This information never leaves the device, and deleting the app removes it.

5. When you email us

If you write to support@brandastock.shop, we receive whatever you include in your message — typically your email address, your device model and a description of the problem. We use it only to answer you and to fix the issue you reported. We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the matter and to handle any follow-up, and we do not use it for marketing or sell it to anyone.

6. App stores

When Seatmate is published, it will be distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those platforms process downloads, payments where applicable, and their own crash and usage reporting under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. Any aggregate statistics they show us — such as the number of downloads in a country — do not identify individual people.

7. This website

This site is informational. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not ask you to log in. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, the pages requested and the time of the request, for security and reliability purposes. The site loads a web font from Google Fonts; your browser contacts that service to fetch the font file.

8. Children's privacy

Seatmate is suitable for family use and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because the app has no accounts, no messaging and no data collection, there is nothing for a child to submit to us. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, write to support@brandastock.shop and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Because we hold almost no information about you, most access and deletion requests are answered simply by explaining what is on your own device. If you have corresponded with us, you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@brandastock.shop and we will respond within a reasonable time.

10. Changes to this policy

If Seatmate changes in a way that affects this policy — for example, if a future version adds an optional online feature — we will update this page and change the "last updated" date above before that version is released.

11. Applicable law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, including the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. Any dispute relating to it will be heard by the competent courts of Israel.
